Rætta's islex-faroese.json.gz is a modified extraction of this data:
- Only Faroese Equivalent elements are retained, with source entry identifiers.
- Whitespace is normalized and duplicate entry/kind/text tuples are removed.
- Texts longer than 400 characters are omitted.
- Icelandic headwords, definitions, grammar and case assignments are not exported.

Attribution, license links, and indication of changes must be preserved.
This data license does not purport to license unrelated Rætta application code.
The dictionary is supporting usage evidence, not a normative spelling authority.
